Madeline happened to spot the Christmas list yesterday where I have what I've purchased written down and tactfully tried to tell me that what she saw for her wasn't really what she wanted. (A new camera bc hers from 2 years ago is broken and she always takes ours). Truly, my 2 oldest could forgo all gifts because on their way home from their cousins' home in Wisconsin recently they hit a bit of black ice and had a little tumble down a hill. They were fine, but the car will need a bit of work.
The easiest to please and shop for is Andrew, thank goodness, because his birthday is a week after Michael's. His list is a mile long, but I know he will be extremely disappointed if Santa does not bring him his #1 item - Star Wars light sabers for the Wii.
I must stop blogging and keep shopping!

First off.. WHAT?? Tumbled down a hill?? Why have I not heard of this?? If it wasn't 1:30 in the morning I'd call ya right now for details.
Secondly.. Uh, YEAH send him on a ski trip so we all get to see him!! Better yet.. ALL of you come! (Oh wait.. you gave all your frequent flyers away to somebody, didn't you??) Which by the way-- Jasen keeps wanting to send a personal thank you for that and it's always llike, no stationary or stamp or something. He's workin on it-- but mentions it almost daily. Light sabers for the Wii?? Didn't know about that. Have to check it out.
P.S. Kayaks freak me out. I imagine being trapped under one.. glub-glub..
where would michael kayak?
i think experiences are much better when they are older than stuff. kiley's experience is costing us a fortune!! it's fun to shop for the little guys except when you can't find it, good luck with the light saber.
glad the kids were ok with the accident that is scary!
2 words: online shopping. I LOVE it! I think I may actually NOT step foot inside a mall this season. :)
I am just so pleased that I found you and where you keep all of adorable pictures of your gorgeous kids. I vote for online shopping too. Shopping carts are dirty.
Oh, here you are! I love it...and I love your amazing family. Your children are all grown-up and beautiful and smart! How did that happen SO fast? A kayak? Not a Christmas goes by that I don't seriously feel grateful that my kids are "small" one more year...it's disappearing fast but they get so dang expensive when they get big.
Hope your Christmas was GREAT!
